Jumpflex Trampoline Review (HERO 14 ft): The Most Complete Spec Sheet in the Round Class

Jumpflex prints what other makers hide: a 350 lb per-jumper limit, a 12.1 ft mat inside a 15.1 ft footprint, 88 springs at 7.1 in, and the clearance it wants around the frame. The anchor kit is the thing it does not put in the box.

What the spec sheet says

Jumpflex's Dimensions/Specs table for the HERO 14: total weight rating 550 lb; max individual user weight 350 lb (described as "the maximum recommended load for one active jumper" that "maintains a safe clearance under the mat"); overall diameter 15.1 ft including the outward curve of the poles; safety net height 6 ft; jumping mat diameter 12.1 ft (flagged by Jumpflex as the figure that matters, with a warning about brands that advertise a big overall diameter and a small mat); floor to mat 2.9 ft; total height 8.9 ft; yard space 15.1 ft plus 3.3 ft clear all round; 88 springs at 7.1 in; 1.7 in frame tube; five boxes of 48-54 lb. Built to ASTM and CE standards; 10-year frame warranty in the USA.

SafeSeal net and curved poles

The 360-degree net clips down to the jumping mat all the way around, with a self-closing entrance, so the springs are outside the play area and the door does not stay open. The poles curve away from the trampoline under Jumpflex's patented design, giving what it calls 200% more clearance from the steel. The net is woven with Jumpflex's TightWeave process from high-strength polyester with a UV additive on the HERO (the FLEX page says nylon). DualRing frame and the 350 lb figure

The HERO uses a top and bottom DualRing frame (1.7 in upper ring, 1.5 in lower ring on the 12 ft, per Jumpflex) with zero bolts and no welds, which Jumpflex says halves assembly time versus traditional frames; all steel is galvanized inside and out with a UV-resistant black powder coat. The 350 lb individual figure is the highest per-jumper limit on this site and the reason the HERO tops best trampolines for adults. Jumpflex also notes the ideal jumper range as 40-220 lb on the HERO 12 page, so treat 350 lb as the ceiling. How the two numbers relate: trampoline weight limit.

Who it is wrong for

Anyone who will not buy the anchor kit: Jumpflex sells the ANCHORKIT and ANCHORKIT PRO separately and describes them as a preventative measure. Anyone who wants the warranty itemized beyond the frame; the product page gives the 10-year frame term only. Anyone with a yard under about 21.7 ft across, who should look at the HERO 12 or FLEX 12. And, per CPSC, anyone whose jumper is under 6.

Is Jumpflex a good trampoline brand?
On published design and transparency, among the best: net clipped to the mat, curved poles, both per-jumper and total ratings printed, every dimension listed, 10-year frame warranty. The anchor kit being separate is the one gap.
What is the Jumpflex weight limit?
HERO 14 and HERO 12: 350 lb per jumper, 550 lb total. FLEX 12: 220 lb per jumper, 330 lb total.
Does Jumpflex come with anchors?
No. The ANCHORKIT and ANCHORKIT PRO are sold separately. See best trampoline anchors.
How long does a Jumpflex take to assemble?
Jumpflex says its zero-bolt, no-weld design takes half the time of traditional trampolines, based on two people; it does not print an hour figure on the HERO 14 page.
